     You may have noticed that many of Greg's listings are "Homes to be Built".  This typically shows potential buyers an example scenario of what they could expect as far as total package price, if they built a typical home on a particular lot.  Of course, there are all kinds of possibilities as far as home plans are concerned, but it seems to help people get a feel of the potential a building lot has.  Many people stick to something similar to the example scenario, others come up with a completely different home plan.  Some buy the lot they originally looked at and with others we end up going with alternative lot.  Some build with Serenity Homes, others are just looking for the land itself.  The choice is up to you and there is a lot of flexibility.
